Help Send The Herrons to Panama

Hello out there,

My wife and I are trying to reach out to everyone we can, asking for your help.

We are one of the 20 finalists in a contest to win a dream test-drive retirement overseas in Coronado, Panama.

We created a video that was chosen by International Living as one of the finalists from all the entries submitted by people throughout the USA and Canada. It is on the website at the link below and will take about 3 minutes to watch. It is not required to watch the video to vote, but we think you’ll enjoy it.

We are requesting that each of you click on the following link to cast your vote for us plus add a comment.

Help Send Mike and Susan to Panama!

We have done what we can, now we are reaching out and asking each of you to vote for us. The voting ends on May 15th, so please don’t delay.

We would also appreciate it if you would then share this information via Facebook, email, Twitter, word-of-mouth, etc. with your network of friends and colleagues. If you do this it will greatly expand the number of people we are able to reach.

Currently we are in a distant second place in the voting. The top 3 vote-getters will be interviewed by International Living and asked to respond to some questions via email. From there they select the winner and announce it at the end of May.

We are selling our home in the mountains of Georgia, and as soon as it sells we plan to move somewhere overseas. Our plans are to explore Panama, Ecuador, Ireland and Italy at this point. Winning this contest will enable us to jump-start this next phase of our lives.

We will, of course, share any such journey with all of you along the way via this blog and my newsletters.

It will also provide me with new material for my writing. I would love to set future books in these locations.

Thanks in advance for your help with this request.
